Good afternoon advertising! Another week of awesome shows! We wrapped up this week with some great stories. We kicked things off with some huge news.

PepsiCo took their global media from Omnicom to Publicis. This is a giant move that will absolutely shake up the two industry titans. Jack and Geno broke down what this means for all the players involved.

Geno jumped back in front of the green screen for Tracksuit Data story. This time, we looked at Tony’s Chocolonely! It’s that chocolate bar brand you see in Trader Joes. They have done a few extremely creative campaigns that have led them to huge growth. With help from Tracksuit’s statistics, we looked at how and why these campaigns translated so well.

Our first guest of the day was Colin Dougherty, Co-Host of Ecomm Cowboy, A fellow live talk show. He jumped on to talk about ChatGPT ads, and why they are not in a great place. He spoke about how their approach is currently extremely underwhelming despite so many agencies being desperate to find other places for ad spend besides Meta.

Actor & Author Antoni Porowski is back with another weekly Breaking and Ant In the Ring segment. He brought on his new obsession, Wilde Protein Crackers. This is one of the few successful cases of a brand taking classic snacks and making them healthier. As well, he spoke about Olivia Rodrigo’s collab with Taco Bell.

Finally, AG1’s CMO Paulie Dery joined us. AG1 just released some hilarious airport OOH’s that nod to narcotic smuggling, and how AG1 can help with that. Paulie, who has spent years at major agencies now works brand side with AG1 and spoke about how to elevate OOH activations.
