We kicked today’s show off with the first Super Bowl news of the year!!! Cut Water, an alcoholic drink under Anheuser-Busch, announced that they will be doing a spot in the big game come 2027.

As well, we took a look at a really interesting X post from Oren John. He asked if any of the top 100 agencies could grow a carousel Instagram page to 50k followers within 2 months. Jack and Geno had a really interesting conversation around why agencies could/couldn’t, why they don’t hold stronger social presences, and if that would even be worthwhile in the first place.

Then, we got into the World Famous 2 Minute Drill. First story was about a brand you might have forgotten about: Myspace! Apparently they are making a comeback? Next we had ChatTJB. Basically this guy put up an “AI” billboard, but instead of an AI agent, it was actually him responding to each question manually. WPP beat profit forecasts, proving that their restructuring was a success. Take that as you will. Finally, a very meta (not the company) AI story. Jack and Geno looked at the behind the scenes AI advertising to other AIs. Ya, lot’s of AI talk we know…

Antoni Porowski, Actor & Author, was back for his weekly Breaking and Ant in the ring segment. We talked about Summer House star Ciara Miller who is raking in the brand deals. Antoni brought up how her coming from a reality TV series, as well as her prior job as a nurse brings a more positive sentiment from fans as opposed to a David Beckham.

Our next guest was Daniel Jeffries, Founder of Jeffries Consulting. He talked all about the state of pitching. Whether you are pitching a massive client, or a small business, he brought up some fantastic ideas on how to stand out from the crowd, and most importantly, win the pitch.

Finally, we were joined by the LEGEND Walter T Geer III, former CCO of Innovation North America at VML. the 6X patent holder, inventor of the skippable preroll ad, and unbelievable creative talked to us about his decision to step away from VML, and what might come next for him.

Also, if you were there for the stream, sorry for any tech issues! Our internet cut out. But, the entire broadcast is linked above, so check it out! We hope you all had a great week and we will see you next week at 12 PM ET on Tuesday!
